Bhavana Shilpa Kandikonda
Founder and Director
Bhavana brings over 16 years of experience in ERP consulting, HCM, Payroll, and Finance projects, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions for organizations across industries. Certified in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Bhavana has successfully led large-scale enterprise-wide IT programs from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper-care.
Over the course of her career, Bhavana has worked in diverse roles, including Test Lead, Test Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist, gaining a holistic understanding of enterprise system implementations and operations. Her professional journey includes roles at ADP Hyderabad, Ramco India and US, and as an independent consultant for numerous clients, such as Material Plus, Ohio State University, nbn Australia (Capgemini), Ohio Health, Ameriprise Financial, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Fox Entertainment, Regeneron and Truist Bank.

With deep expertise in functional configuration, end-to-end testing, and system optimization, Bhavana ensures projects are delivered with precision and excellence.
